Rooted in local sourcing and Carolina flavors, the menu highlights North Carolina seafood with offerings like Oysters on the Half Shell and Seafood Towers, balanced by comforting Southern favorites including Drop Biscuits with Pepper Jelly, Shellfish Bisque, Tavern Pie, and Shrimp & Grits.
